Leslie Lukens
Senior Municipal Fixed Income Analyst
Leslie Lukens joined Cavanal Hill in 2011 as a Senior Municipal Fixed Income Analyst. Ms. Lukens is responsible for providing insights into the municipal credit risk for both internal and external clients of Cavanal Hill. Prior to joining Cavanal Hill, Ms. Lukens worked as a ratings analyst for Moody's Investors Service serving as lead analyst for municipal bond transactions within the southwest region of the U.S. She began her career in public finance as a financial analyst for the Municipal Advisory Council of Texas. Ms. Lukens earned a Master of Public Affairs degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas in 2008 and received Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Finance and Economics from the University of Kansas in 2004.
