Tom Vincent is Cavanal Hill’s Manager of Trust and Securities Compliance.
Mr. Vincent joined Cavanal Hill in 2001 and served as Cavanal Hill’s Director of Compliance from 2001 to September of 2007.
Prior to joining Cavanal Hill, Mr. Vincent was Manager of Trust Compliance for Bank of Oklahoma.
Mr. Vincent started his career as a Pension Administrator for Boatmen’s Trust Company in 1994.
Mr. Vincent received a Bachelor of Science from Southern Methodist University in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 1994.
