Richard Williams
Portfolio Manager
Richard Williams joined Cavanal Hill in 2005 as a Portfolio Manager and member of
the Fixed Income Management team. Mr. Williams is responsible for the execution
of the tax exempt fixed income and cash management strategies. Prior to joining
Cavanal Hill, Mr. Williams was a Senior Portfolio Manager for AMR Investments in
Dallas, Texas for six years. While at AMR, Mr. Williams managed the American Aadvantage
taxable and municipal money market and enhanced cash portfolios. Prior to AMR, Mr.
Williams served as a Senior Portfolio Manager for ADP Pacific, where he managed
multi-billion dollar corporate cash portfolios, and at Koch Industries, where he
managed an intermediate duration municipal portfolio. Mr. Williams began his investment
management career in 1987 at Fidelity Investments, where he spent ten years as a
Portfolio Manager and a Senior Trader. Mr. Williams received a Bachelor of Science
in Business Administration from the University of Texas in 1986.
