Kristin L. Walters, Esq.
Director of Compliance
Kristin Walters became Cavanal Hill’s Director of Compliance in September of 2007.
Ms. Walters joined Cavanal Hill in 2006 as Manager of Fiduciary Compliance.
Prior to joining Cavanal Hill, Ms. Walters served as Fiduciary Compliance Manager for Bank of Oklahoma, N.A.
Previously, she managed a business unit for Diamonds International, a jewelry retailer based in the Caribbean.
Ms. Walters graduated from the University of North Texas in 1994 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, and received Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Tulsa in 2006.
